These Terms govern your use of the Laadhuu mobile game and this website. By downloading, installing, or using Laadhuu, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

The game

Laadhuu is a free game. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use it for your own non-commercial enjoyment, subject to these Terms and the rules of the app stores you download it from (Apple App Store and Google Play).

Acceptable use

You agree not to: cheat or tamper with online matches; disrupt, overload, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to our services or other players’ games; use offensive or infringing nicknames; or use the app to break any applicable law.

Online play

Online features depend on third-party infrastructure and your internet connection, and may be interrupted, changed, or discontinued at any time. We do not guarantee that an online match will always be available or uninterrupted.

Intellectual property

The Laadhuu name, logo, artwork, and software are owned by us or our licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or reverse-engineer the app except as permitted by law.

No warranty

Laadhuu is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the app.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time; the “Last updated” date will change accordingly. Continued use of the app after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
